Mechanism of the drug: Cialis is medicine for impotence treatment and BPH (benign prostatic hyperplasia). It is usually taking orally. It is phosphodiesterase inhibitor which helps to get erection of the penis. Filling of the penis with blood happens when blood vessels increased in size and deliver more blood. Sexual stimulation helps to release nitric oxide in the penis which produce cGMP (cyclic guanosine monophosphate). And cGMP makes incoming blood vessels to spread but outcoming blood vessels to get smaller. Cialis helps to cGMP stay longer and support erection.
It is not exactly well know why Cialis helps with BPH symptoms. Possible because it leads to relaxation of prostate muscle.

How to store Cialis? – It should be kept at 59-86F (15-30C) room temperature.

Cialis and alcohol are decreasing blood pressure. So you will get dizziness and headaches if you will take both.
Levitra, Viagra and Cialis cannot be taken together.
Cialis cannot be taken by women. Additionally if you are breastfeeding, do not take Cialis.
